Our Story
How It
All Started
Farm Uganda was started as a Way to farm in 2015 and later rebranded and registered as The Farm Uganda Ltd. Many individuals and groups from across Uganda contributed to making Farm Uganda what it is today.
Key contributors include Paul Milligan, Evans Sebina, Marylou kimble, The Randys, Maria Johnson, Tichord Global, Church Bible College Business School, Tom Ntensek, Foundation USA Firm, among others.
Where We
Are Today
The farm currently employs 12 full-time staff and over 30 community members who participate in various on-farm agronomy activities during particular seasons in the production cycle.
The farm is a 100-acre facility championing mechanised agriculture in the community with its fleet of Deutz Fahr tractors and implements — a Baleno Plantation locomotive with Mahindra, Maize, Soybean and beans.
To be Uganda's leading agribusiness farm focusing on value addition and in offering affordable, mechanised agricultural equipment at the small and medium scale — driving greater agricultural production in the country.
